对于访客，无需卡和密码就可实现登梯：先使用对讲系统呼叫住户，住户确认访客身份后，按开门键的同时会向电梯送出启动信号，IC卡电梯控制系统送出客人可以到该层的信号，当电梯下到一楼时，（可选配对讲主机联动外呼电梯则自动下到一楼），客人进入电梯后，按下住户所住楼层的按键，则登记启动电梯，而其他未授权的楼层，访客无法按键登记；同时也能解决互访串门问题；可选配自动招梯功能既按下对讲分机招梯键后出门，这时电梯自动到这层楼，让电梯等人而不是人等电梯，带来便捷的智能化生活；可与多奥停车管理/门禁/考勤/智能通道/消费/在线巡更等智能一卡通。
